We want you to love what you receive. Because intimate wear is a personal item, we handle exchanges with care for hygiene.

Exchanges

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
• For hygiene reasons, panties, briefs and bodysuits can be exchanged only if the hygiene liner is intact and the item is unworn.
• To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.

Refunds

As orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, any approved refund will be arranged with you directly through the contact details on your order.
