Size Guide
Measure yourself at home in a few minutes.
Finding your size at home takes a soft measuring tape and a few minutes. Measure over your skin or a thin, non-padded bra.
How to measure for a bra
- Band: wearing a non-padded bra, measure snugly around your ribcage directly under your bust, keeping the tape level. Round to the nearest inch.
- Bust: measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Cup: subtract your band measurement from your bust measurement. Each inch of difference is roughly one cup size.

Fit tips
- A well-fitting band sits level and does most of the supporting work; you should fit two fingers underneath it.
- If the cups gap, try one cup size smaller; if they cut in, try one size larger.
- Between sizes in shapewear, choose the larger size for comfort.
- Fit varies by style, so always check the Fit & sizing notes on each product.
